review Puckerbutt Pepper Co & Hot Ones' The Last Dab (Video)

Hey folks, I recently uploaded this to my youtube channel and though you might be interested, what with it being the one Pepper X sauce and all:

Now, I talked about it being bitter a few times. That's not extract bitterness. Cold pressed pepper oils don't taste like other extracts.
What it was was the same sort you get with some raw, underripe peppers. It was bearable, though, given that it was only really there when the sauce was overdone.

But, speaking of overdoing it, the capsaicin cramps 3 hours later were tough and day two was worse than the time I ate 6.4 million extract on pizza.

Mango lassi. It's a yoghurt-based drink that, to my knowledge, is offered in every indian restaurant ever.
I was amazed when my curry loving friend there didn't know about it. Sadly, I failed to get his initial reaction to its existence on camera but at least he was open minded enough to have his first taste on film.

This sauce is odd. I've seen people freak out way more on lesser sauces. Has anyone else noticed this? Good video by the way.

If you mean his "Gator Squeezin's" purée then yes, it will be. This is a sauce made with an above 5 million SHU mash. That is, at least from what I've heard, a slightly weaker mash without the added bulk. The same could be said of his Reaper Squeezin's.

As for Pepper X potentially escaping Ed's clutches, I can't speak to the validity of any claims but rumour has it a certain UK farm's Reaper grow last year wound up producing something quite different that Ed told them not to talk about.

I'm sworn to secrecy regarding what few other details I have but I have high hopes.

It's all got capsaicin crystals in it anyway.  Nothing personal against ed but there's no way a pepper can be 3 million scovilles.  No iv'e had the gator squeezins and the tinctures he makes yada yada.  This sauce is not released yet.  Secrets lol.  Must not be that hot then.

He's a master at marketing his brand don't get me wrong.  But 5$ for one chip, 20$ for a bottle sauce.  Get real.
We all grow peppers, and they aren't hard enough to grow to justify that price. Novelty price maybe but that isn't something I'd ever buy a second time.

I'd likely buy the chips regularly were they easily available in a decent size and price. $5 each is excessive, though, and american exclusivity makes anything but a super special occassion item like this unjustifyable.

I'm not sure this was worth it, either, considering it has more dislikes than likes on the actual video.
