That's kinda cool.  I watched the video, definitely for total noobies.  Not sure if it's worth $44.95, but a fun kit and they put in a good variety of flavors.

I'm sure it's geared toward gift giving for people that love hot sauce. Kinda like the no-brainer gallon homebrew kits. You could buy that for a beer lover, not even knowing if they have an interest in brewing. Same kinda gift.

The sauce flavors look kind of cool. I may actually make the rustic red since I have aleppo pepper and urfa biber just sitting in my pantry. But the user is literally just taking a pre-made sauce and heating and bottling it.
