Starting this journey.

Started the seeds last night. Ghost, tabasco,Trinidad scorpion , yellow scotch bonnet and habanero.
Using a heating pad to warm the soil and 3 cfls to produce some light and heat from above.

No , I'm using a regular pad on low . it has been keeping the temp pretty well. Need to upgrade to a better mat myself.

By your location, you should be able to put them outside in a month or so.
Is that your plan? Or attempting an indoor grow for a while.

It doesn't really get cold here until December January . warm by April
