What should I start next?

So I have already started
Bhut jolokia
Tabasco
Trinidad scorpion
Yellow scotch bonnet
Habanero

Any ideas on some other hots and some sweets to grow . I am wanting to make pepper sauces, pepper oils and hot sauce.
Looking for peppers that will go good together .

For chinenses, I really like the Yellow Brainstrain, White Bhut W Strain, and Carbonero.

For baccatums, I think Aji Mango, Brazilian Starfish, and Sugar Rush Peach are all very good. Also Aji Habanero if you want sweet and fruity flavor with very little to no heat.

For annuums, Yellow Monkey Face has good sized pods, good flavor and maybe just above Serrano level heat. Should be a really versatile pepper in the kitchen.

Jalapenos and some Italian or Greek Pepperoncini. If you like Greek Village Salad or Greek Village Pizza the later is a must.

For hots, Carolina Reaper, Jamaican Hot Chocolate, Bahamian Goat, El Scorponero, Scotch Bonnet and Habanero Red Savina/Carebean Red are popular choices.
