Tree of 40 fruits

I saw a little clip on youtube from National Geographic about this tree and was quite fascinated by this and also impressed. I see the guy who did the grafting is from Syracuse University which is about 5 minutes from my house. I am going to take a little drive and see if it was planted and if so I will probably have to wait till spring time. I guess if I could grow a fruit tree that would be the one I would love to purchase.
Here's the clip I saw on the tree.

You can buy grafted fruit trees here: https://www.fruitsaladtrees.com

Stone fruit, citrus, or apple. My understanding is that they need to be pretty carefully pruned to avoid on branch and thus one variety dominant.

You could try to do your own. Haven't tried grafting yet so I can't help much there.

A grafted bonchi might be interesting.

I grafted one of my tomato plants this year. The branch fused and grew but never produced any blossoms.
