pests What are these little critters? Pollinators or pests?

I've noticed them on a number of my outdoor plants, typically only within the interior the flowers. They've probably only be around for 2 weeks or so. They don't seem to be doing any damaged, but I'm wondering what they are and if they pose a threat to my peppers. Fortunately I think this little mantis might be chomping on a few of them.

Mantises are neither pollinator nor pest, they're predators like ladybirds. They keep the pests away.

Yeah I figured the mantis was good news. Was more curious about the small insects in the flower on the first photo. It's really hard to see them in any detail, but they look almost like termites, and don't have any wings. I'll have to take a better photo of them...

If it looks like these, I have had no problems with them.

Yes, I would say that look pretty similar, only lighter in colour. Unfortunately my iPhone doesn't have the best camera for close ups. This is the best I could do.

In my experience, Little bugs that small are never good. And the fact that there's a mantis on the plant means there's pests for him to eat..
