Picked up a small bag of this stuff at the gas station and was pretty excited about it. I love jerky and I love spicy food but ghost pepper type spicy? Hmm I dunno. I was honestly expecting a kick in the mouth but it never really happened. It is a slow build of heat and it'll definitely give you the sniffles but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. There's a video on youtube of some guy eating it and he says it's so hot that it's inedible. I think thats far from the case. I have a moderate to high heat tolerance (closer to moderate) and I think it tastes awesome. It's a nice tender jerky with a nice hit of heat. I could totally snack on this stuff all day. Two thumbs up from me. My wife could even tolerate the heat. If you see it, give it a try.
