video Warrant Man Pepper Company- Homicide Review

Was that one sauce clear? Nice review btw, I will have to go back to the bosses thread and nominate you lol
Thanks. Yea it's a clear vinegar sauce with some garlic in suspension. Has a piece of Reaper floating around in it too. I might drop the video over in the Boss's thread.

ShowMeDaSauce,

Thank you! That price is as nominal as I can make it. Not much meat left on the bone... I am a career cop with an intense love of hot sauce first and now small businessman. I believe that you have to give a little on the front end to make it on the back end. Should I fail, it won't be for a bad product and lack of effort....

This is an excellent hot sauce. The ingredient ratios are really well done. You can taste the peppers without getting blown away with heat, though this still packs a punch. This is something I think chilleheads will like (I don't really consider myself one) but it's got a broader appeal than advertised I think. If you can eat a bunch of medium wings, you will enjoy a few (or a lot more than a few) drops of this on your eggs.

Oh, and the aroma is wonderful. You get the fruitiness of the peppers, a little zing from the vinegar, a little garlic.

FWIW just compared to the Aggravated Assault, the salt content is noticeably higher here. Not to an unpleasant level mind you. I don't see salt on the ingredients but maybe it's included under "spices"?

"Homicide"

Delicious aroma of tomatoes and peppers upfront with just a touch of apple cider vinegar in the background. Nice little tang from the vinegar at first, and the tomato and pepper flavor follow behind very quickly, and shine. I'm also tasting a lot of different spices that I can't really nail down individually, although the cracked black pepper adds another nice touch at the end. Not as hot as I'd anticipated it to be, but there's enough heat in there to burn the sides of my tongue (just enough). This is easily one of the best tomato/vinegar based sauces I've ever had, and I've had many. Perfectly well balanced! I'd say this would be considered "Hot - Very Hot" to a non-chilehead. This is an extremely well "executed" (see what I did there? lol) hot sauce, and would make a "killer" (sorry, couldn't help myself, haha) addition to a Bloody Mary. I can't say enough good things about this sauce. It's an absolute home run. "Homicide" would compliment just about any meal you could think of. You'll wish he sold it by the gallon!

Thanks again, Reggie!

MikeUSMC,

I feel somewhat odd in making a reply (don't want it misconstrued as gloating), but I think would be far worse to not publicly convey my gratitude. I sincerely appreciate your kind words (and those of others as well.) I also appreciate the time and effort taken to do so. I know that one's "time" is a very valuable asset. To spend some of that on me - is deeply humbling. This perhaps, whether I succeed in business or not, has made all the effort worthwhile.

I said in another post and I will say it again here, because it is the truth. My daily goal is to arrive back home with the same number of holes in my body as when I left. Should this not happen one day to be the case, the kindness shown here (by folks I've never had the pleasure to meet) means as much as any ribbon or certificate I've ever received - I will go out a happy man.

Thanks again.

I just finished my bottle. I have just the clear sauce next.

Homocide hit all the notes for me. Really a nice balance of heat and flavor. For my tastes, I would grab this one before Aggravated, but I enjoyed both.

tctenten,

Thanks again :P . Hope you like the clear one as well.....
