These are really tasty pods. Thick flesh. I get lots of juice / fruitiness up front. Then the super hot / yellow citrus flavor. Burn starts at the front of my mouth / tip of my tongue. It moves pretty quickly to my whole mouth but doesn't get my throat. The burn lingers for a good bit of time mid mouth but isn't overwhelming.
I get to add some grams today.......

This is my entry. It's 6 months old. Still around 50cm tall.

Here's a few more. That's about all of the pods that set a couple of months ago, may have a few stragglers left on there. Good news is the recent cold front, (90 degrees!) allowed my plant to put on tons of flowers. Keeping my fingers crossed that a few hang around to set pods.

I didn't weigh my only two from yesterday....about the size of a U.S. nickle.
Chopped and put into chicken salad. Really good and hot. fire tongue for about 5 mins after eating, but fire belly was about 3 hrs.
Hopefully I get some decent pods soon and something to weigh.
Congrats on so many of you getting pods and that massive plant of Needswork is pretty impressive!!

You aint lying! Dont think I dont see those pods draped down those long armed branches, like huge evil rosary beads. That plant is only getting bigger. That next harvest is going to hurt.Masher said:

Haven't posted many pods yet, but it won't be long until I have a good harvest. There is currently about 180 pods on the plant (i might've missed a few while counting)
