Idk why but my flash wasn't working. I can try to get a pic u can see

That was the last of the pods. I need to try twice as hard next year

I should have left my plant outside for a couple more weeks, just until the flowers set pods. It was shaping up for an epic harvest, but aphids attacked shortly after the move and the lack of light really hurt pod production. Im going to shoot for 4.5K grams, as a personal goal. You guys are safe this year, but look out next year. Im comin for ya!

I think it'd be cool to have a bonnet/bbg type. Bonnets seem to be massive producers and I've never tasted a bad bbg
True. I will throw Bahamian Goat in there too. It and my MOAs were the only plants that outproduced my YBS this season, and in much smaller containers.

Posted this in last years growdown. I have last years YBS as well that could potentially go out as the spoils of growdown war this year.

Remember this contest?! Well...I finally whipped up some of that goodness, if anyone that competed still wants a bottle, let me know because my offer still stands!

Despite having pretty much no shot at being competitive due to lack of room (well, and only having a vague idea what I'm doing, there's also that), I'm hoping to join in on the next one! Something prolific would be fun just to see the freakish amounts of pods I know a lot of you will churn out. ;)

Dude where did you get your labels? Clear background is bad ass

Or is that a photoshop
Its actually my print template for label sheets, that I warped around a photo of one of the filled bottles. I just bought a proper printer and some really nice Clear BOPP label sheets. They will be here WED, so this is a mockup to see exactly what they will look like when i print. Making true mockups and warping them to your actual product bottles helps when deciding what design to use. I really dig the clear too! Waterproof to boot!

I suggest doing the White Bullet Hab for next year. I think it would be an interesting pod for the challenge as production is super high but the peppers weigh nothing.

I really do love that plant and pepper, but you're right, it would be very little harvest weights to tally by the end, and those varieties finish/give up WAY earlier (at least for us) in the year. I'll add it to the vote list though!

This year I saw HALF the harvests records of last year, and peoples plants were gigantic this year! Just goes to show you variety is so critical in this particular contest. I'd like to end up seeing us grow out a variety that not only the plant gets huge, but the pods per node average is also insane. That clavo is somewhere in the ball park of what I envision as being a contender, but I've seen different phenos of it. One has extremely impressive pod size, but I wonder if it tastes as good as the smaller ones are known for tasting? Will be interesting to see what people vote on.

I'm kinda scared. Lol

I have a few more to send ya once I get these labels finished. I'm lazy, and I'm still waiting on some artwork for one.
It's really good man! I'm scared to post the video! I've never done or seen myself doing a sauce review before..ha I just went into the garden, setup and went for it.

Yes, sign me up for a bottle.  Let me know how to fund it.

Any issue with joining from Japan? If sending seeds here isn't in the cards, I can order from a vendor as long as it's not super rare... even if the stock isn't exactly the same, I'm pretty sure I'm in no danger of upsetting the rankings.

[edit: Should've read more than just the first couple pages. OK, looking forward to the next poll. :)]
