Nice.

 

Unfertilized chicken fetus in a dead bovine carcass.

 

Looks great!

 

But you don't wanna' get your face too close to those things.

 

The meat might peel back like a flower opening and then the egg jumps out and attaches to your face.

 

Then it shoves its dirty yolk tentacle down your throat.

 

Next 'thang you know and you're waking up with a full grown live rooster bursting out of your chest.

 

 

Good times.

He made my dear sweet wife drive him back to the hotel once.

 

I rode along in the backseat.

 

Dude would have broke a breathalyzer.

 

I was so drunk I went to bed after.

 

He took a shower and then party hardy'd till the wee wee hours.

I'm gonna make scotch eggs for breakfast tomorrow. But instead of sausage I'm gonna use corned beef hash. Sounds like a good idea..

Well I have my eggs ready but took to long to thaw the sausage yesterday.

 

Just peeled the eggs....that was a task in itself trying to keep them whole only half cooked/runny soft yolks.

 

Will try my luck in a few hrs for breakfast.

Scotch eggs have breadcrumbs and are fried, I'd venture to call these Texas Eggs, or Murican Eggs lol. Might need some bacon for the latter.

I think I still have some bison meat in the freezer, will use that in January when i make some, or maybe new year day, will see.
