Greetings all!

Long time lurker here...

I have learned so very much from all the incredible growers here and I wanted to start by sending out a general thank you to the awesome community here!

Starting off with a tentative list of varieties for the season. This definitely has potential to grow substantially if I can secure more growing space...

The vast majority are from WHP with a few leftovers last year from my order with Refining Fire Chiles. I'm still waiting on my package from NMSU to arrive containing the Nu-Mex varieties and Datil.

A large portion of my in-ground growing space is devoted to roasting varieties and I'm planning on giving the chili roaster a good workout this year for sure!

Thats it for today, started a couple flats of the seeds I have available and set up the sprouting area, pics coming

Thanks for stopping in!

That special smell when you crack open the seed box

Currently running a 4x24w T5HO fixture that doubles as a heating mat and a new 300w Viparspectra LED off amazon. Seems to be a nice light for $80...time will tell

Nice lenses on the Viparspectra, runs quiet too!

Quick little update and a question regarding everyone's favorite Poblano types...

I usually grow "Tiburon" type poblanos mostly because they are readily available from a local nursery every year. While they taste delicious and have proper heat, they tend to run small and aren't the best yielders in my experience. What poblanos does everyone like to grow?

Woohoo!  I like the tall humidity domes  Can't add anything for poblanos as I've never grown them.

You know, I'm really not sure why I ended up on those...they were there and it seemed like a nice idea. They have nice little adjustable vents on the top and I'm quite glad I got them instead of the standard issue shorty.
