Hungarian Hot peppers

Some blemishes in the peppers including the Habs.
Apache Peppers ripening nicely, Anaheim next.
First year for "Cute Stuff Pepper", they grow big, grabbed these since sweet peppers in the greenhouse suppliers has reduce since their selling more to commercial only, hope they turn out.

My first Anaheim peppers, very dense nice thick flavor, will continue growing them next year, would make a great base for pepper sauces.

Very nice flavor, sweetness of a Bell Pepper, mild heat that creeps up and lingers a bit, read their hotter green the Red, might keep these for next year, will collect seeds.

I picked a handfull of the Hungarian Hot peppers and was going to add them to a Salad, half way I thought better taste one, was surprised it had allot of heat like a Jalapeno, so only added half of them.

The Sriracha peppers, first time grow, I read they stay green, how do you tell a green pepper is ripe

The Habs have not produced yet, the others coming along, Hot Portugal, Holy Moly, Sriracha.

Finally got some Hots growing, Ghost Peppers look healthy, nice bush too, two bushes.

I still got about 6 plants that are small and have not done much, weird, others are like bushes.

Anaheim producing very few fruit, think six intotal so far.

Tabasco, only one survivor, never had luck with the seed back I got.

YBS, also only one survived and very slow.

Tried my first Sriracha Pepper and first grow.
Thick hard crisp flesh, and a very nice heat, More then a Jalapeno, smells a bit like a green bell pepper and taste a bit of cucumber.
Heat lasts a good 20min on the tongue. Will be interesting to see how hot they are when they turn red, sometimes the heat goes down when red will see.

Tasted my First Holy Mole Pepper and first grow.
Very sweet, nice, no heat, great for adding body.

Been liking the Holy Mole peppers, nice flesh.
Got some pots still on the porch, still slow, giving more ferts, probably end up as winter grows, have to prepare for that.

Finlay got some Habaneros growing, now its a race to ripening vers snow. rest doing well.
Bugs are realy active.

Update..
Jalapenos looking good, bought them because they were being cleared out, dirt cheap.
Ghost peppers making purty rainbows.
Sriracha almost ready to pick.
The knights for the next week are about 5c.

Grabbed one each from each pot and trying hydroponics with them, see how it goes.
Put the stem in Rockwool then use the clay to stabilize. 3" net cups in 1qrt mason jars and ferts, added a few drops of peroxide too to oxygenate the liquid.

That's really cool DF! Did you have to use external power for the 6 days of time lapse or with the IR (versus flash) could you do it all from battery?
