CLEARLY GUILTY
Hot Sauce by

THANKS "Warrantman"

This sauce..... it has a certain charm about it, Great packaging Niche wrapped in crime scene tape, I taste the Vineager and the Garlic with Carolina Reaper Pepper. I have used it on my salads it has had my lips tingling just a bit and really has made my lunch unforgetable. The sauce it has a wonderful feeling of traditional Carolina Vinegar Base sauces I have found my new salad dressing and would use it on
everything that needs a flavor boost.

Greenguru,

Thank you for the kind words and taking the time to make this post. You've given me a new thing to try (with the salad) never even thought of that!

I am honored.

Great deal I got the high protein diet going here and most salad dressing have sugar and this is the perfect heat and flavor for my salads. I did use my own recipe for salads til you got me on Clearly Guilty

Just a little small, just made it through two salads with the woozy bottle I just love this recipe Thanks again Reggie ........

Taking other bottles to a Birthday party at wing place to night I will be writing two more reviews tonight with all my friends in the taste test tonight

Never thought about using it for salad. Not a bad idea. Or perhaps mixed with an Italian dressing or some sort of vinaigrette would be tasty also.

The one I usually use white vinegar, apple cider vinegar with little avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and cayenne powder

Full disclosure on this product. It can only be made with "fresh" hunks of Reaper (dried or mash will not work.) Some hunks may be smaller or larger, some pods contain more or less heat than others. No two bottles will ever be "exactly" the same. Try as I might, the flavor is consistent, but the "heat" never is. Hopefully, it will be viewed as a "uniqueness" and not a flaw.

The fact that the heat comes from a "wedge" of reaper makes it a little unpredictable. I wouldn't change a thing if I were you though. I think the sauce is not only awesome to eat, but also as a collector sauce. And you were right Reggie. It gets better with time. Mines been sitting for a couple weeks and it's definitely aged and become more complex.
