Saskatoon Cranberry Sauce

Needed something for my Sunday pancakes :D
 
 
1 cup Saskatoon's
1 cup Cranberries
1 cup honey
1 whole vanilla bean
1 large Yellow Habanero.
1 cup water to thin down.
Salt (forgot to add some)
 
Blitzed, then cooked for 11min, simmer for 30, pour into container.

Looks excellent, color is amazing.
 
I would smash that on vanilla Ice cream and maybe a splash of rum.

Make a spicy cranberry chutney. Pretty friggin good.

I bought an extra bird this year to butterfly and do on the smoker.

     They're pretty easy to grow. There are lots of different species that are pretty adaptable. Just gotta keep the critters at bay. (Why do is sound like AJ all of a sudden? Tarnation!)
