Mexican night

Made some citrus grilled chicken (basically just chili powder, lime and some other spices that I don't remember because I was kinda drunk), topped with a carrot and onion pickling, a side of spanish rice and a side of green salsa and guac/sour cream sauce. There were spose to be beans too but they weren't soft enough yet and the wife was chompin at the bit to eat.

They were red beans. I usually use black beans but I didn't have any. Kinda just did this dish on the fly and used what I had.

I have cooked drunk a coupla' times.
Some of my best creations have been while drunk. You tend to take more chances and a lot of times it pays off. Although other times... not so much :drunk:
