Is anyone growing microgreens?

I'm thinking about starting to grow microgreens and looking for advice on what varieties taste best and which people prefer. I have a ton of 1020 trays and figure this would be a good use for them. Thanks

Thanks for the link. Prices aren't too bad on that site either. It may be something i'll pursue as part of my business but for now i'm just looking to do it for personal use.

Sure they are, instead of jar you use mats and grow them flat/trays. I got some tray, I could demonstrate, just have to find them.
 
"Microgreens are grown in soil; sprouts germinate in water" Incorrect, the soil part.

Microgreens are a tad bit more mature than sprouts too right? Not by much I don't think but they seem to have a little more green on them. Sprouts also include the root too don't they?
