My gawd, what a list.  What do you do with your 5,000 lbs of peppers you grow?

bahahahaha

i have a rather short outdoor growing season, and most of my plants get 7 gallons or less of root space.

i get decent harvests of peppers :) but nowhere near thousands of pounds  LOL

still just a crazy hobby for me, it's more about growing them and trying new peppers than striving for mass production.

most of these i'll never get a chance to try unless i grow it myself.

Though each year there are new ones added to the list of; need to plant more plants of that one next year etc.

I tend to eat more baccatum and annuum fresh, and usually use the supers in sauces or powders
