Can the sauce be saved?

A friend shared some hot sauce with me. Mad dog 357. Very nice flavor, the other has a heavy bitter black pepper flavor. Named, Da Bomb. He added the two together in a jar for me to take. I had some when I got home. The good flavor of the 357 is wiped out by the bitterness of the other. Question is. Should I dump it down the sink or try to add something to it in hopes of getting a usable tasty sauce? Thanks

First off welcome. I would try to add sweet to it..Agava syrup ,brown sugar or even molasses I know the 357 uses molasses in it..Or even some pureed pineapple or other fruit(Even Juice). And you could always just do a little in a spoon to see if it is what your after..So you don't ruin it all in one shot.
