Picked this thing up used on an online marketplace for $40. They go for over $300 new. Needs a fresh coat of paint but thats about it. The thing I like the most is that the company that makes it have all replacement parts for it online if anything ever breaks. It should pay for itself pretty quick with all the money I spend on compost.

Nice catch! I've been stalking these things for a while, they are spendy!
This one is made by mantis. This model is around $340 (give or take). Its really good quality. Little bit of surface rust on it but I'm gonna lightly sand it and spray it with rustolium and it'll be good as new pretty much. Replacement parts are pretty cheap for it too.

Nice find! Get an old cement mixer, perhaps on Craigslist, locally if you want to mix mad soils. just a thought, i know time is a factor when breaking down organic materials. Cheers!

You can always motorize the one you have, perhaps with a solar powered motor? super low torque, only has to spin a few times a day.
