Hello from a newbie in Canada

Hello everyone, 
   My name is Heather, I live on a 42 acre hobby farm in Atlantic Canada and am currently daydreaming about putting up greenhouses and growing hot peppers on a commercial scale.  I have grown ghosts and reapers here but only in containers on my deck that I can bring in the house.  I'm wanting to up the scale in a big way and start making my own hot sauce, eventually to bottle and sell.  I love all things spicy and can't wait to meet the people on this forum.

.. and damn.. I've been working my butt off for the past few years to try and build a small business on very limited land here in Nova Scotia. I so very much wish I had even a single acre of land for my greenhouses, but I live on a property that's only about 1/2 acre and it's mostly trees... 42 acres would be an absolute dream. :)
