Tridents - Fifth Season Bonnets/Hybrids 2018

Snowdrops out and the early signs of daffodils are abundant here in the U.K. ... we are reminded that winter is all but done however looking at next weeks temperatures I am not so sure. I am late this season I normally sow between Christmas and New Year but last season I was too advanced and the Growtents were bulging before I could get the plants into the polytunnel.... my propagation is crammed full of all sorts of chilli seeds germinating away after their tea soak ... big year for me as I retire in June but really looking forward to this season as I have managed to secure more true Bonnets and a few new Bonnet Hybrids. A massive "thank you" to all that have helped me continue my Bonnet/Hybrids/Hot Chinense journey especially Simmy, Justin (WHP), Sandra Tipton (Foggia), D3, Bhuter, Chiliriot, Gentetikx, Jeanie Y, GIP, MikeUSMC

Nice list o bonnets. If you had to choose a favorite, Wich one would it be and why?
Some of those hybrids I think will be awesome.
Have you grown the bbg7 x Tobago treasure before? Did u create it? Looking forward to seeing pics of that as I have a cross planned with the TT as well.
Best of luck this season.

Thanks Dane ... choosing a favourite is hard for me .... personally NeBru7, MoA, P. Dreadie and SB7J will always be up there ... BBG7 x Tobago Treasure came this year from Sandra Tipton ... I will certainly keep you posted on its development once germinated

Thanks Rick let's hope I get good germination rates ...

Great to see you back John and continuing the SB grow. Always look forward to seeing your progress. Interesting to see you list Nebru7 first, I'll need to look into that one. I've seen the name a bunch but can't quite picture it.

Congrats on the retirement in June, that's awesome!

Thanks .... NeBru7 is a Trinidad Yellow SB x 7pot Jonah created by Neil (Hippyseedcompany) and his friend Brian. Season before last I just wasn't getting the right size in a poor British climate so I sent some seed to Justin ... he grew out some fantastic sized pods which produced these pods last season
