food-safety What peppers to add/blend with DA BOMB BEYOND INSANITY?

Looking to blend some garlic and more chili s with my new bottle of DA BOMB BEYOND INSANITY. I would like to add a little kick to it for when I cook. I usually make a lot of stir frys and soups. I love make sate and chili garlic style condiments for my soups. But, I am open to some new recipes and curious to see what people do to their sauces.

It seems a little strange to me to add fresh chiles to an extract sauce. If you really need more heat, something like the 13 mil Pure Evil would do the trick.

I usually just use superhot powders when I want to cook something really hot. I just keep adding powder while cooking, until I get the heat to where I want it.

Smoked powders can be a nice touch in some foods as well.

Is it because you don't like the flavor? I haven't tried that one yet but I've heard a lot of people say it tastes terrible.

Didn't realize it was an extract until now. I just had it over superbowl and I was pretty happy with the taste of it & immediately ordered it. Or maybe it could have been the food I was having that was tasty. I guess the main reason for trying to add some stuff to this extract is that I wanted to stretch the bottle a little more. It's not very much at all and I was seeing what I could add to it without altering too much of the flavor.

I don't think there's really a whole lot you can do without altering the flavor but maybe some of the sauce makers on here would have some better info. I'm not a huge fan of extract sauces but I've had some that were done pretty well.

That's really difficult to answer but I really like High River Sauces products (especially Tears Of The Sun), Bravado Spice Co. also has amazing sauces and powders (I've tried every one of their products and they were ALL good), and lately I've been using a lot of Warrant Man Pepper Co. sauces (he's a member here) and also Jak Jeckel sauces are really good. The list could go on and on but that's kinda what popped into my mind right away.

Get the Pure Evil from salsalady. That won't change the taste at all and you can make it so hot you won't be able to come close to it. If you really want it hot, Pure Evil is the stuff you want. It really is without any taste at all.
