I've been growing plants and raising animals in the deep south of America for about a decade and peppers have always been the favorite. That interest in peppers led me to start making sauces, powders, pickles, salts, and just about anything I could use my peppers in. I especially like to try peppers with unique flavors and have read about a few very cool varieties from members of this forum. About the only type of pepper that I have no interest in are bell peppers (can't get over that aftertaste). Hopefully I can learn even more as a member and maybe help other growers. My goals for the upcoming growing season are to continue testing sweet/mild pepper varieties to find strains that are especially prolific in the hot, humid subtropical climate around here.
