[Feb 12] What are you working on this week?

Planting another citrus tree I bought its a Kishu mandarin. Now I have 5 that will provide fruit from November through summer.  :)
Also Tomatoes with go into larger containers outside I picked up 3 one foot size yesterday at my local nursery. I might re-bark my backyard this weekend if I can borrow someones truck.

Green house in the works...base set in post brackets and concrete.

2 yards 5/8 minus wheeled in and tamped yesterday, and the base and corners with bracing in place.

Would like to get it finished by this weekend but just to busy right now.

Need to move and replace a couple 4' x 10' grow boxes out back and cut the 14' high hedge down to 7' for more sun this summer.

I'm tired already just typing all that out.

Mailed out a couple of boxes of sauce this morning :onfire:

Seeds are presoaking; gonna hit the dirt today

Just started a six week long, Physical (Occupational) Therapy program yesterday. 5 days a week. First week is 2 hours a day, next week 3 hours a day, third week 4 hours a day, etc. They're trying to get me in shape to get back to Ironworking since my lower back surgery last May

Been out of work since August 2016, fighting workman's comp every step of the way. I've gained almost 40 freakin' pounds since then :mope: I'm so out of shape, it's ridiculous. Although, if we're getting technical here, "round" IS a shape ;)

Market day. Need to pick up some Chinese mustard and i want to try some Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp. Its a famous hot oil from China with the addition of black beans and a couple other things. Kinda bummed its loaded with MSG, salt and preservatives but its cheap. Also need some doubanjiang if i want to make dan dan noodles and ma po tofu the right way. :D

The Chinese mustard is getting fermented into Suan Cai. (Southern China version) Northern style uses nappa. I love this stuff in pork soup and its one of the most simple to make.

Working on a Korean version of dan dan noodles with kimchi, hot oil and ground pork. Sounds like a good way to use some instant ramyun without all the crap they put in those seasoning packets.
