paper cups?

Do paper cups hold up to starting seedlings or do they get soggy and fall apart? Or, should I just spend the money on solo cups and be done with it. I'd use Styrofoam cups but they'd be too much insulation to get the soil temps up.

What are your experiences?

I like solo cups. I don't like styrofoam because it falls apart and gets in everything when I try to transplant. Never used paper cups but I'd imagine they probably soak up water when you put the holes in them and break the wax seal.

I buy 100 4 inch nursery pots on amazon for $13 and change. I wouldn't use paper cups.

Couldn't get small plastic cups in this little town, but the Styrofoam coffee cups are working fine. Sitting on an 85f heating pad INA 75f cabinet I'm getting soil temps around 70-73f.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I already have some happy seedlings.
