Tuna on Raisin bread.
Home made mayo, Oregano, Chile powder mix, Rosemary, Thyme, fresh Tomatoes.

Mine is
50/50 mayo/Miracle Whip
Chopped dill pickled (heavy)
Sometimes a little chopped celery too
Finely chopped red onion
A little lemon juice
Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)
Finely chopped and deseeded lemon drop peppers.
 
Secret ingredient
Lee and Perrins white wine worchester sauce. Now its called Lee and Perrins marinade for chicken

Tuna on Butternut Squash Waffle.
 
Blitzed Butternut squash with red onions garlic and Cayenne.
 
Tuna mix with Red Onion, Susugar tomatoes, cayenne/hot Portugal/tomato powder, Mayo, Reggiano cheese.
