I have those marks with one or two plants in my current growing ones, could be caused by leaving moisture on the leaves and then light burns it leaving that kind of scarring behing, so nothing too serious.
Watering should be done in the evening or early morning before sun starts to really shine, to minimize risk of leaving moisture on top of the young plants.
