Reaper hot sauce

A friend gave me a jar of 5 pickled reaper peppers. I want to use these to make a hot sauce.  Since 5 peppers isn't enough for a decent batch, I'm thinking of adding in some Habaneros or scotch bonnets or?  I'm thinking a thin vinegar based super hot sauce with a complex flavor profile.  Anyone have a recipe they'd like to share?
Thanks in advance!

5 can give some decent heat to a batch, being pickled is fine as you will use vinegar anyway. I'd use the pickling liquid also as your acid since it will have some heat in it, just see how much you need. The rest is up to you. How about canned tomatoes to bulk it up, and make a taco sauce. Peppers, tomato puree, vinegar (pickling liquid), Mexican spices, garlic, onion, salt, lime juice, touch of honey or turbinado sugar.
