seeds Germination - Root Fungus (?)

I grow back-up seeds in Zip-Lock Bags. The first roots started to pop out. In most of the popped seeds, I noticed little "hair" around the roots, that look like a fungal growth.

Now, I do know that I can get a 0,3% Peroxide Solution and make a 0,03% peroxide solution. The problem is that the Peroxide brands available from the local Drug Stores have other manure added in them, like oils and stuff. Will these solutions work or I need pure 0,3% Peroxide and Water solution?

Any other things that I can use?

I don't know. Most roots have them, but some roots don't. They seem to originate from the root but there is definitely a fungus species that looks like this.

MNXR250R, should I not wait until the stem and the cotyledons are developed before planting them?

Here are some pictures of the seeds:

If it's fungus then it's mycorrhizae. I would say those are healthy roots. You could leave it till the cotys pop too, I don't think it really matters
