Not breaking bad :-)

I take it your in the middle of binging Breaking Bad though ? :-) I finished that binge a few years ago.
..Just been binging Peaky Blinders.

Middle of season 2, but not really binging. I find time for about an hour of tv every three days.

Just finished my first grow of jalapenos and I WANT HOTTER, HOTTER I TELL YOU!!  :hell:

I’m in the same boat as you. I grew some Tabasco, Cayenne and Jalapeño peppers for a couple of years. The sauce I made with them either mellowed out alot or my tolerance went up. It is time to move up the scoville ladder. [emoji16]

The next step up but very similar flavor profile are serrano. Personally i cant get away from growing jalapenos every year. I did one year by growing serrano but i adore the flavor of a ripe jalapeno.

Lemon Drop, Aji Cito and some other baccatums were another nice step hotter. They can range from lower serrano heat levels to over 50k SHU. Aji Amarillo produces some nice huge pods if your growing season permits it.

There are some mid level habs too such as Beni Highlands and Aji Limo. Sub 100k SHU heat levels with many quite a bit less. My Beni Highlands last year cranked out the pods all season but many were not even close to the claimed 50k+ SHU.

I would also grow a few typical heat level hab types, especially Scotch Bonnets just to get used to them. MOA yellows i grew last year were pretty damn hot and the flavor was excellent.
