Hope someone here can help me identify an issue Im having with the new growth on my pepper plants. As you can see any new growth is coming out very tightly curled and doesnt seem to be progressing much over the last few days. About a week ago I repotted them and then a few days ago I started fertilising them.

Not sure which of the last two actions has caused it or if its something else entirely but hopefully someone has experienced it before and can advise me.

What fertilizer and how much?

Hi, its a miracle grow with an npk ratio of 3,0.9,4.2 and I used half strength

 That MPK ration is pretty low on the phosphorus if it only have 0,9.
 
The new potting soil should have plenty of fertilizers to last a week or two, so dont do any extra feeding to see if it helps.
