Started germinating tomatoes.
Made pan-seared salmon and mango salsa.

Germinate a few more seeds for peppers i need a couple more of because a couple i germinated didn't make it.
 
Move the last mini red rocoto and the Aleppos that germinated into small pots.
 
Decide which ones i haven't that need to be next....im running out of room.
 
Maybe get 1 more 4ft fixture and bulbs.....really considering a T5 HO unit.
 
Kimchi meatloaf test #1..in the oven now.
 
MOA yellow hot sauce. Heavy on the SBs and light on other additions. Need a pretty hot one with a strong SB flavor. Might cut it with a few Beni Highlands if needed.

Germinating eggplants, tomatoes, tomatillos, and annuum / frutescens peppers.
 
 
Never grown tomatillos before. Looking forward to some authentic (or as authentic as I can manage) homemade salsa verde for enchiladas later this year.
