They all look wonderful, what's your secret?

nothing really special,

I plant one seed per cell (1 "1/4d x 1"1/2h)
when they have the second pair of real leaf they go in the cabaret of 21 cell (2"3/4d x 3"1/2h) as on the first picture
I transplant them, buried to the cotyledon. they are still good to stay there for 2-3 weeks

then they go in 4" but deep pot 5"1/2h

last stage just before taking them out to acclimatize 6"1/2d x 7"h

they are under SunBlaster T5HO fluorescent in Berger BM8

there is a peach ghost plant that is 'variegata'
I wonder if he will stay like this and if he will produce pods

Do you know what is causing the leaves to look deformed that way? I've got a handful of seedlings like that can't seem to figure out why

the middle one is a "chimera" I do not know exactly what cause this I have to investigate..
the one on right has had too much water because I had to leave 3 days so I saturated the ground before I go, it should recover.
I think it's just sick seed, I can have 1/100 that sort of with deformed leave, and I eliminate them because they do not make good plants

edit
look if they have thrips. it may cause upward curling
or broad mite
