I'm looking to grow 6 pepper plants indoor this year. I currently have two of this light fixture

for 4 total 4' T5 6500k 54w bulbs. If I attach four additional CFL 2700k lights with this fixture

will that be enough to induce good fruiting once mature? I would attach them to the uprights of the T5 stands.
