The only local shop that has it near me is about $12-$14 a bottle. Only real problem is it is mild enough you can literally use it like ketchup and you go through it fast.

Franks, Crystal, Louisiana, Texas Pete, Cholula are all similar to Tobasco.  Of them all I prefer Cholula & Texas Pete.

I like Cholula but i always keep Crystal on hand for fried chicken. Cold fried chicken with Crystals is one of my comfort foods. I only get the Tabasco Chipotle and jalapeno occasionally when its a super good sale price.

I love to be loving canned sardines.

At least 4 times a week.

Sometimes more.

Really? I find Tabasco way different. I can't even take it. Not even on eggs. I suppose I like cayennes better than tabascos, or else it's the vinegar ratio, but it's just awful.

Cholula is Mexican style. I love some Cholula. But I also like Louisiana style/aged cayenne sauces.

I've been taking my bottle of Last Dab Reduxx into restaurants with me and nobody has said anything. They always have Louisiana and I hate that.

Similar in terms that they're all commercially available most everywhere.  Taste wise I agree Tobasco is very vinegar forward, but I don't think its all that much more vinegary than say Crystal or Trappey's or Franks.  Cholula and Texas Pete are close enough that I'd group them in as well.

Each are their own unique tasting sauces.  All are loosely grouped in "Louisiana style" hot sauces imo.
