Mold problem?

Looking for advise as a newbie pepper grower.  I transplanted my seedlings into fiber 3" pots that were in a plastic tray that had no drain hole in the bottom.  It said to soak the fiber before filling it with potting soil and then transplant it.  Now I have white fuzzy mold on all of the pots when I took them out of the trays.  Is there a way to fix this or should I pull the plants out and repot them, or are they history?  I hope not, it's too late to start over this year.  Thanks for any help!

Mold is pretty normal in soil if you keep it too moist all the time, just mix the soil surface a little and try not to overwater them for the time being.

The mold is on the pots....one reason I dislike  peat/fibre pots.......If it were me I would ditch the peat pots and transplant into something else.....but thats just my thinking.

I agree with the other on the pots. Every time I have used them, I've had the same issue. Peroxide will also work if you can't transplant.
