Flowers no Pods!

I am growing Sandia chile peppers indoors in rockwool.  I did 4 weeks in seedling tray and then started the Fox Farm schedule from veg to flowering.  Right now I am in week 10 of nutes and have an abundance of flowers and buds, but no pods.  They get 12/12 of light and I maintain between 77 and 82 degrees.  I maintain the ph about 6 / ec - 2 / ppm (.07) at 1400.  Plants look great, room is pungent, but no pods.  Can anyone tell me what I have missed or can do to start pods?

Actually they might not want to start producing pods if you dont provide then enough temperature difference between day and night time. And they will not produce any pods even if they are flowering, if they think they are not ready.

What are the fox farms fertilizers you are using?

:welcome: from Weatherford. Get a fan on them, shake 'em real good and you'll have pod set soon. Those are some good tasty peppers you have too.

The foxfarm feeding schedule is for weed. Peppers don't follow the exact same schedule. They'll drop some flowers and set some when they are ready.

It is 4/20!
How much of a different schedule.  The ppm is around 1400-1600.

Thanks I will try the shake and wait.

HAHA no doubt. I forgot today was 420!! :high: :high: :high: :high:
Never done any hydro or soilless growing so you gotta let those guys answer.

Whaaaat, are you are saying that you feed them with a fertilizer water that is EC 2.8-3.2?

That is way too high for chili growing, the max i feed for my chilis in the greenhouse using coco coir is between EC 1.6-1.8 and it is more in the EC 1.6 range typically. Also you need to start giving them more of that Fox farms tiger bloom than the Fox farms grow big stuff.

It doest matter that much really in indoor growing, as you EC is way too high at the moment and you need to fix that thing first.

EC stays around 1.8 to 2.0.  Anything higher and I had water or change water.

How much tiger bloom.
Right now I am at
4 t Grow Big
2 t Big Bloom
1 t Tiger Bloom

Thanks.  The plants look great now and I have a lot of flowers/buds, but I will try lowering the temperature.
