plant Planted as Medusa...but it's not.

Obviously had some seeds get mixed up some years ago, so whilst three bushes are Medusa, this one is not...

Any ideas on ID? Fruit is 2" long.

Interesting in it's own right is the fact that all four bushes (and some others) are from seeds that were ten years old! None of the superhots I planted made it, but Medusa, Cayenne, Malagueta and this plant all did.

Looks like an annuum. Have fotos of flowers?

Sadly not.

It's the end of our growing season so we have been nipping buds and flowers regularly to encourage ripening of the fruit.

Fruit is growing upwards, if it's not clear. I had no idea the pics would end up on their sides when publishing...sorry.

Not a Poblano or Rocoto, perhaps?

Flowers would tell if it's a rocoto, but it doesn't look like one
