Or would it be something else since it was on the BBQ grill first? There is no comparison in the broth unless you grill it first.
 
I took some of the 505 flame roasted chiles and pulsed it quickly with fresh avocado/cilantro for a dip/salsa whatever you want to call it. OH YES!!!
 
BTW your crazy Aleppos already got flowers. 1 of them has quite a few buds. Just noticed them today while i was grilling the pork.

Awesome! I'm happy they are doing well. My plants from the same seed stock are doing great too. I plan to isolate my aleppos again this year to keep the genetics going.
