Why is this variety doing this?

Hi-
I am growing about 15 different type of peppers this year and am having issues with one variety.  All my PCR Paprikas have this going on with their leaves.  No other variety has this happening, even those right next to the PCR's.   They are not overwatered, fan is on 16 hours a day, fertilized lightly with Foliage Pro.  I am wondering why this one variety?  Is it not happy with ph of soilless mix?  Could there have been something inherently wrong with the seed or seed source?  I have grown PCR's before, and have had no issue.  This one has me befuddled and they are getting worse and worse.  Threw two out today, don't have the space nor do I want them to contaminate any others.  Thoughts?
