Needed some jalas and Fresno for pickled peppers. Tossed in a few Starfish also. The Big Jims, super ripe jalas and Fresnos went into the dehydrator for some sweet heat powder. All the ripe ones that just barely started to dry on the plant. Sichuan are also drying. A couple of the aji panca and a Aleppo needed a little more time on the window sill before drying. The Jamaican Gold from CCN and mystery pepper are still kicking out pods. Picked a couple sweet bells for pops. He loves the Tekne Dolmasi.

This batch of jalapenos are scorchers for jalapenos. I had one partially ripe catch me totally off guard. Sampled a couple more pods and they all seem oddly hot. Gunna be some damn fine pepper rings. Weeping them first in a little sugar, salt and lime juice before doing a cold pack.
