Wonderful!  How many plants do you have to get a crop like that?  And what do you do with them all?
I have around 50 plants. The Jals get pickled or made into poppers. The green chiles get roasted and peeled and used in/on pretty much everything. Love a nice slab on a burger! The supers get powdered. Some I smoke first, some I don't...and some get made in to hot seasoning salt.

That looks great! What blender is that and is it easy to clean?
I use an old coffee grinder, but it has to be fully disassembled to clean properly, so I hate doing it.

It's an old coffee grinder. The bowl comes off pretty easy and can be thrown in the dishwasher. Cheap by Mr Coffee.

Thanks, just ordered one for $14!

Mine is also Mr Coffee and looks similar to this:

As you can see the base/blade portion is not removable, as it is built in. Such a pain to clean.

Toss a handful of cheap rice in the grinder. Blitz it into powder. Dump it and repeat. Wipe out the rest with a paper towel. Its a real quick way to clean them but only if you plan on using it just for powders. The grinder might still be a bit "hot" for using with other stuff.

From 12 o'clock position then center 2 pods

Mini Red/Miraflores cross ( i think), Ultra Mini Reds, TFM Scotch Bonnets, Aji Arnaucho, Mucho Nacho and Hot Wax

Got a bunch of Bolsa de Dulce turning. Two more Aji Oro and they are large suckers. Three Tekne Dolmasi, Joes Long Cayenne and a couple Naglah Brown within a few days. The long cayenne is so loaded i had to tie it up today. Saving them for a big batch of fermented hot sauce.
