Papaya Pomegranate BBQ sauce

Still working on finalizing the recipe but this is round 1
Papayas, onion, vinegar, brown sugar, honey, tomato paste, water, scotch bonnets, garlic, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, Pomegranate molasses, salt, allspice, coriander seed, cumin
Testing it on ribs and grilled chicken this weekend

Sounds good! Is there chunks in the sauce or is that just how it plopped into the bowl?

Based on your track record of putting out some pretty bangin' sauces, I'm sure you'll make it happen buddy. Keep us posted!

Thanks all!
Now thats its had some time to cool and settle, here are my thoughts.
Overall its good, nice balance of heat, sweet, and tang.
The aroma is overwhelming Scotch Bonnet, which is fine but not what I was going for. Ill probably try a different pepper next batch maybe Fresno.
Its crying for smoked paprika.
Maybe add some balsamic vinegar to play off the pomegranate molasses.
I tend to be hyper-critical over my own stuff but its tasty.

Ripe papaya is a love it or hate it kinda fruit but when used with other ingredients can be quite tasty.

For me it's not love it or hate it, more, take it or leave it... but now we are into semantics lol.
