Hey folks. New pepper grower here. Last year was my first try with a poblano and habanero. This year I've still got the hab and I've added a mad hatter, aji dulce, and shishito.
I love food, and I love the idea of growing and making my own. I'm really excited to be able to make things like salsa, hot sauce, and curry paste (one of my goals is to grow everything I need to make my own thai red curry paste), and I'm looking forward to growing with you all.
