New seedlings are very purple

Hello! Im pretty new to hydroponics (and gardening in general) and was wondering if very purple stems on baby seedlings is normal. They were germinated in paper towels for about 5 days, then placed in rockwool for 5 days. Growing Ghost peppers and Lightning Habaneros (pictured)

General consensus is usually that this is normal.
The seedlings stems become purple with exposure to light, even under natural sun as well as led grow lights.
The pigmentation is due to anthocyanins, the plant's response to light exposure or sometimes overexposure to intense or too-close indoor lighting... often compared to a suntan.
I've had full trays of seedlings under 40w blue/red led panel that developed a purple tinge to the leaves, but they grew out of it when hardened off.

What's your setup? How powerful and/or close to seedling tops are your lights?

The pictured LH seedling looks healthy.
If it does get light/heat/drought stress the cotyledon tips will curl upward.
