seeds Dying seedlings

I think my seedlings are dying, Ive been leaving them outside for the past couple days now and Ive only been watering them when the soil gets completely dry. Now the stems are turning white and theyre starting to flop over.

The very top picture looks like the seedling damped off.

I can't tell on the other two pictures.

Young seedlings can be very sensitive to over-watering. When the base of the stem turns brown and shrivels up after a vigorous watering, that's called "damping off".

I've cut back on the watering now and some plants seem to be doing a lot better but damping off has claimed some plants, right now as a fertilizer I'm using fish emulsion, would it be a good idea to get a calcium based fertilizer for the seedlings that have yellow leaves right now?

Nope.  Trust the process.
