Growing chart template?

Not sure this is the right area of the forum but...

Looking for a template to chart growth. I find myself using different soil, fertalizer, and plants.
I'd like a template to track what works best for me this season.
I run open office (I'm cheap) pretty much runs all formats.

Any recommendations?

i was about to make a joke about a templet being a baby temple, but then i realized templet was actually a real word. and here i thought you meant template.  but i think what you're looking for is called microsoft excel

I track germ times/growth rates/soil & fertilizer use in a template I created in google sheets - works just like excel and is free with your gmail account if you have one.
