seeds bhut jolokia , 2 weeks after germination

I had to move but finally got settled in and ordered 1 package of bhut jolokia peppers I got 10 on my price but they sent more.my questions. Is can I start another batch in late June. Here's some pis,c at 2 and a half weeks ok seedlings growth.

You can start them anytime.  The question is, where are you in the US?
 
Chinense tend to have a long growing season.  In most parts of the US, planting out in June is probably not going to be very rewarding.
