harvesting Heating up in Texas. Mini harvest

Its been pretty hot here in North Texas and my plants aren't producing heavily.  Just a few here and there and super hots not producing anything including flowers.  Mine is a container grow and most are in 3-5 gallon containers, some in self watering pot setups.  My first year doing this and I have had my ups and downs for sure.  Some of my jalapenos got red as I left them on too long.

Nice harvest.  We are in Summer monsoon season here in N. Florida.  Wreaks havoc on the plants, causing leaf drop due to all the rain, then intense heat to dry them out.  Getting some decent peppers, but the flowering has slowed down as well.  Ripening of pods on the plants also seems to get slower with the wetter weather.

Chorizo....nice pods. what are some of them

Its pretty nuts already. Seems its going to be one of the more brutal summers weve had in a while. Not a bad mini harvest considering were growing in an inferno environment.
